I’m Luca Palazzi, leader and singer of “CRM – Customer Relationship Madness”.
We are an italian pycho-punk group. Last 22th November our debut album called “Who Are You Exactly?” was released by Seahorse Records.

The record has been positively reviewed by the main Italian webzine & magazines (Ondarock.it, Blow-Up).

We’d like you to listen it, for a possible review.

Here you can listen the whole record: https://soundcloud.com/crm-madness/sets/who-are-you-exactly-promo/s-MLnSd?idU=1

    “People In Coma” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps72MzEd3HM)

    This is our press release:

The “madness of the relationship with the customer” of CRM (Customer Relationship Madness) is a musical project that, through the lens of post-punk psychedelia, psycho-wave musical atmospheres, electronic sounds, noise and new wave focuses on the insanity that broods in a society dominated by individualism and delusions of omnipotence, cynicism and a tendency to self-destruction. Not accidentally, the intro of the first track of the disc, Pluton, is really the voice of Donald Trump, who better than anyone else represents this dissolving process in progress, to then continue drawing a path that in 8 tracks gives free rein to the inspiration of all the CRM members.

The name CRM refers to the same acronym that in the marketing world identifies the central activity of Customer relationship management, emphasizing how what is normally considered management, is in reality madness, a global game of manipulation of thought and desires. In “Who Are You Exactly” the CRMs do not express judgments, rather they return, as in the mirror with the many faces represented on the cover, the spirit of the time.

“Zeitgeist: the spirit of the time” was not by chance the title of the last show of the eclectic singer Luca Palazzi, in which he visually expressed what was later developed into music by CRMs, in a syncretic journey between visual arts and sound.

The band was formed following the meeting between the “Romans”, Luca Palazzi (main voice, lyrics, drum machine) and Francesca Ronconi (keyboards-synth), with Gianpaolo Rosato (bass), a former member of Black Sonar and the Florentines Francesco Degli Innocenti (guitar), ex of the Dreg Machine and the B-Backs and Elisabetta Caiani (vocals, choirs, kazoos).

Please let me know what you think about our project. We hope you’ll like it:)

    Best regards!

    Luca Palazzi
